The Dodham Helicopter Yatra provides a convenient and breathtaking way to visit two major pilgrimage sites in Uttarakhand, India: Yamunotri and Gangotri. This aerial journey begins with a flight to Yamunotri, the source of the Yamuna River, where pilgrims can quickly access the temple and partake in rituals at the sacred thermal springs. From there, the helicopter proceeds to Gangotri, the revered source of the Ganges River, allowing for a brief but meaningful visit. Both temples are situated at high altitudes—Yamunotri at around 3,293 meters (10,800 feet) and Gangotri at about 3,100 meters (10,200 feet). The helicopter service, available between May and October, significantly reduces travel time and physical effort compared to traditional trekking. This Yatra not only offers a more accessible way to experience these sacred sites but also provides spectacular aerial views of the Himalayan landscape, enhancing the spiritual and visual experience of the pilgrimage.

Kedarnath & Badrinath - Same Day Helicopter Tour
Dehradun to Kedarnath (Flying time: 30 minutes) Kedarnath Darshan Upon arrival at the Sahastradhara helipad, our representative will welcome you and escort you to your helicopter. From there you’ll be taken to Sirsi / Guptkashi/ Phata helipad, en route you will be treated with the breathtaking view of mountains and gently rolling hills. You will arrive at Guptkashi/ Sersi/ Phata Base Helipad from Dehradun, after changing the chopper you’ll fly for Kedarnath which is 6-10 minutes flying from the base helipads. You may have to wait for sometime (10 minutes to 3 hours) during helicopter change because of shuttle slots/ weather or technical reasons. As you reach the Kedar-top Helipad. Our handlers will take you for VIP Darshans in the Kedarnath Temple. Once the darshans are done we will fly to Badrinath Helipad from Kedarnath Base Helipad. Meanwhile, when you’ll be amusing with the magic of snow and divine beauty your helicopter will take you to the Kedarnath. Now clasp your hands and bow your head as you have reached on the land of Kedar and you can straightaway proceed for the VIP darshan at Kedarnath temple. Spend a few happy and leisure hours in the soothing nature. Kedarnath to Badrinath (Flying time: 30 minutes) Badrinath Darshan The second half of your day will captivate your heart as you are heading towards the beauteous destination, . Feel the cool breeze and soothing chants of a priest as you embark into the Badrinath temple for VIP darshan. Head to the beautiful city of Narayan, Badrinath. Upon arrival at Badrinath helipad, our handlers will transfer you to the temple parking, from the parking area our handler will escort you to the temple so that you can pay a visit to Badri Narayan and have a swift VIP darshan. Spend leisurely hours in the Valley which is near to religious site of Badrinath Temple. Once the darshans are completed we will fly back to Sahastradhara Helipad, Dehradun. Badrinath to Dehradun (Flying time: 50 minutes) Tour will conclude on arrival at Sahastradhara Helipad, Dehradun. As this is NSOP flying, timings are tentative and may get changed subjected to permissions and weather conditions. We recommend you to book your return flight one day later.
